SHIPPING TIME TABLE:
Unless otherwise noted at the checkout page, all verified orders received within normal business
hours (Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) for in-stock items will be processed and shipped
within three business days or less. Most orders will ship via Federal Express Home Delivery, Federal
Express Ground, or US Mail unless other shipping arrangements are made by the customer. If an
order is deemed unverified (credit card is declined, insufficient funds, etc) the order will not be
processed and you will receive an email with the notification that your order has been cancelled with

CANADIAN / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
The customer is responsible for all duty/import taxes for your order. All such fees will be added to
the final bill at the checkout page of this website. Please be aware that duty tariffs can reach as
high as 40% of the total purchase. Also, time delays may result from shipment process occurring
at the respective country's border.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item(s) you have purchased you can return them to
us within 30 days of receipt of your order for exchange or refund. To help expedite the return or
exchange process, mail a copy of the sales receipt along with the item(s) you wish to return or
exchange to the following address:

Please also indicate the reason for the return or exchange. Returns will be applied to the original
credit card only. No exceptions. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

NO TOLERANCE FRAUD POLICY:
In an effort to protect our customers, fraudulent credit card orders will be reported to all proper
authorities and the FBI's Cyber Crime Prevention Anti-Fraud Program.
